My wife and I have lived here for 9.5 years. When we first came here things were much better, Gates worked, there was security, and maintenance was getting done. But the property manager retired, the board changed and things have gone downhill sinceuntil now!! We currently have the best board the Villas has had in a long time. Buildings are getting fixed, landscaping is getting better, the gates are being fixed etc. Overall , this community is going in the direction it should be. I am once again proud to say I live here!! Within a year this community will definitely look much better than it has in many years!!

Idk if the guy who rides around his golf cart and does literally nothing is still there !! But when i lived there he stole 2 of my familys bikes. They were right outside of our door so there should have been no confusion on whose those bikes belonged to. When we walked around to see if anyone took them , they were in the garage area for that car wash area that doesnt work. No one else has access to that besides the workers and he lived in the same building as us. Still never forgot about that , he stole my dads transportation to work so i hope hes happy about that. And they refused to show us camera footage ... i wonder why.
