        Used to be a great place to live for the location and the fee's being reasonable. They have increased fee's multiple times throughout the last few years without any warning and currently they are charging tenets for an assessment. Also, the building structures are starting to wear down and fall apart but nothing has been done to fix it. Unfortunately, this location isn't worth $1,000+/month.

        It was a great community since the administration changed, (2years) it's been a disaster. They are changing a very high association fee. Is not worthy for what they do for the community.
