First off lets start by saying the experience seemed as if it was going to be great. Alberto and his helper showed up at my facility to get started on my floors everything started well he came in and was working as agreed. he made my office a complete mess which is understandable because he does have to prep the floors but making a mess without offering to clean up is not acceptable. Second he was starting on the floors and material would not cure and then he says it is supposedly a bad product. ok no problem i can understand nothing is perfect he has offered to make it right thats all that matters. then he re does the floors and has a problem again and blames it on the product a second time then tells me he is going to the factory to go over this with the owner and he will get back with me. Alberto calls me 2 days later said he will be here to correct my flooring never shows up and won't answer my calls then text me to say he has food poisoning he will call me when he feels better again i am completely understandable and say else just call me when you are better. Now 3 weeks goes by and i call and text him daily to no responded calls texts or emails so i get the point obviously Alberto does not want to correct my floors and just took my money for a un finished product. Very very bad business i don't refer Alberto or this company to do any work for anyone beware of this company bad business ethics.
