Excellent first visit. It did take longer than expected in terms of the wait. But they were spot on with the most important aspect of what I have been looking for - being listened to and allowed the time and calm environment to discuss my health issues and to plan. It is worth the wait to me.

Waited over 45min for my appointment. Was told the doctor arrived late and is prioritizing her own patients first and they were not sure when I would be able to be seen. After waiting another 15min I asked to cancel my appointment as the person watching my children could not extend their hours. Had to call billing it be refunded my copay. The receptionist and billing department was very friendly but feel the doctors are unprofessional and the entire experience to be stressful and a waste of time.
