Even though they are great at multi tasking, The time frame to make drinks is still not acceptable. Today I ordered my drink 32 minutes before I needed to pick it up and it was still not ready.

Almost 50 minutes waiting for my order and they had only prepared one of the 3 coffees and when I asked to change it because it was already cold and I asked how long it would take, they treated me very rudely, I think it's the store manager. Also, I don't understand if you order several coffees, they don't finish the entire order before starting other orders, it's very unpleasant, it looks like a street market, everyone piled up waiting for orders for a very long time. The prices are very high and that is already known, but on top of that you have to put up with a bad character and bad faces, I do not recommend it at all.
