This is the only Starbucks Ive had issues with. I regularly order tall drinks and get charged for and receive mediums. Im never given a receipt so its difficult to really say something about it. Today I specifically ordered a tall drink. I started to pay and she said wait, I didnt ask you the size. She said she gave me medium. She had to cancel the transaction and redo it. I had to request a receipt. She went back and printed it. I noticed I got charged for something that was unnecessary. I requested 1 pump of coffee because the drink was for my son. The drink usually has 3 pumps. I got charged an upcharge of .50 cents for 3 pumps of coffee. I asked to make sure the drink would only have 1 pump. Not sure why I would be charged for something that the drink comes with anyway. Now Ive also wasted my time writing this review because this place tries to swindle its customers.
