Dunkin'

I came to this dukin donuts like every other day. I have an accent and I know. I ask for my order and the lady was very unprofessional from the beginning. She started laughing and I asked her Is there a problem. She then said I do not have to serve you go somewhere else and had her window closed when I pulled up. I called the store and it was her who answered. She proceeded to say that she was the manager. My daughter explained very polite about the situation and she was very rude and disrespectful saying that she doesnt know if I had a bad day but your mother needs to fix her self and saying that she wasnt laughing at us and she told my 14 year old daughter this and she was there while she was saying all of the cruel things. After that she could have explained to us how she was not laughing at us but just gave us poor customer service. We called the higher up and they told us that there wasnt a manager assigned there yet so she lied to us and gave us misinformation telling us she was the manager. Very dissatisfied dont waste your money there.
