      I see you changed your name but my reply still stands.You failed to mention that it was soaked in juice. Only solution I can offer you is to reprint a receipt so you can try and get it warrantied out. Unfortunately we do not warranty customer abuse or mishandling of devices. Also after talking with my partner it turns out that this isn’t even the device you bought. You traded your device for your friends because she liked the color better. He also adviced you that there was liquid present inside the unit.Also we do not and can not warranty customer mishandling of the products we sell.
