Will not return calls!!!! I have been emailing, calling and texting for MONTHS!!!! He filed my 2021 return for me, but I didn't receive a tax form that needed to be filed (I didn't know) and the IRS rejected my return. I've been trying to reach him to get this corrected since I now have all documents and he will not return any messages! I uploaded the needed documents to his client portal and there has still been no action or communication. I'm stuck now without my refund and it's late October. I've been trying to reach him since July or August!

HORRIBLE Customer Service!  I have been leaving voice mails, texts and communication through his client portal for MONTHS with no return communication!!!!  My 2021 return was rejected and I've been trying to reach him to correct this. WILL NOT RETURN CALLS/MESSAGES!

I used Matt for my taxes for a few years, and transitioned into self-employment which would complicate my taxes. I asked him about helping me with business and personal taxes which he declined (actually he just stopped responding to my multiple inquiries). Fast forward to present, I received a letter from the IRS asking for more information to a tax return that Matt filed. I've contacted him multiple times: text, emails, showing up at his office, etc. without a single reply even though he said he would deal with any IRS issues directly on returns that he filed. I get not wanting to work with me, but not responding at all is very unprofessional. Not to mention total disregard for his promise to help with any IRS inquiries, which is extremely disappointing and now I am scrambling. You can judge a person by their word and commitment, but he did not hold up his end of the bargain. I would not recommend Matt to anyone looking for a CPA.

BEWARE! MATT AND HIS PRACTICE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION FOR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES! Rips people off! Some sort of tax fraud. He doesn't know what he is doing. Worst pathetic person. This place will be shutdown soon.
