      • Powerhouse Love

        Came in to pick up a replacement phone for me. Was standing at the entrance for 15 minutes and not a single employee greeted me or even asked me if I needed help. Unreal.

        There are two worker here and they are too lazy and slow.There is always so long line here.The worst T-Mobile is here.i waited to get service over than 2 hours here

        Stephanie was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a lot of questions and even had to stay after closing time because of how long it took to set up a new apple watch. She did not make us feel like a burden and kept reassuring us. She even called other locations to ask about their inventory. This is one of the only pleasant experiences I've had at a T-Mobile store.
