Added services I didn't ask for! I went today 3/12 to get a new phone for my birthday, Champ or Chase, whatever the guys name... Added a phone line to my phone that I disconnected for the new phone, without my knowledge and added insurance to it as well!! I didn't ever MENTION putting another phone number on my line! This man defrauded me and all Metro 611 said to do is go back in and ask him what he did... When I called initially, he was SUPER rude and tried to say he had to do it, as I cut him off, he says "I don't have to sit here and explain myself, they know I speak this way and still haven't fired me." This man is disgusting in every sense!! It's horrible that this man sit here and rip people off for their hard earned money with zero repercussion!! If I don't receive a refund I will be filing a police report...

I had one of the best customer service experiences in this location. Chance was knowledgeable and recommended the product that was best for my needs. Inventory was a plus, they had everything I needed.
