The colleagues treated me wonderfully, I am very pleased between Camila and Rey, they were very helpful. They gave me a good special and they are very attentive people. The costumer service is spectacular.

THIS LOCATION CUSTOMER CONTACT IS DISGUSTING I came in the store about 12:50pm First the girl worker behind the counter didn't even greet me at all, so therefore I knew I didn't want to be in this type of setting.... She was seemingly going to take a while being the only worker in the store, so I asked her how long was she going to take, she said an hour... I looked at her & said "a hour"?? I told her oooooooh NO! That's not how this works, this is a store, not a appointment center, nobody should have to wait an hour to be seen, and it should be more than 1 person working there. Should always be 2, not just 1... I told her she DIDN'T even greet me when I walked in, she didn't offer me to have a seat or that she'll be with me in however much time, she didn't say NOTHING, very nonchalant, face was straight & not-friendly nor kind to be working with the public. Then she asked me what was I there for & the phone number while I'm telling her about her poor customer service skills.... I came in just to pay a bill, the bill is normally $51 plus $3 in store fee, she said the fee is $5 & the manager makes the fee, I asked her since when the fee is $5?? (she can look over the account. but she didn't) she couldn't tell me since when, I asked her where is this money going in the manager pocket, she said yes "OH WOW" Not going for that, I'll see what corporate does, that's if anything, customer service has gone down the drain now & days. People don't care about people not more, it's all about a pay check & bad attitudes. "You can tell how management is by its employees"! This location is one of the worst of the nastiest I ever been in. Such hate for the public, DON'T GO HERE
