        This is the worst Tmobile franchise ever. The workers there lack customer service, knowledge and professionalism as a whole. They are a bad look for the T-Mobile client service experience and give off the allusion that we only came for the paycheck. They are definitely not advocates for your clients and " The World Class Service motto" that Tmobile proclaims to have. Every time I have went there it has been a bad experience.It appears to be a bunch of adults that lack professional qualities. They don't greet you and the atmosphere is very dry and down tone. This store needs to reevaluate who they hire.

        It is the baddest company in the entire United States. Do not advise them to do business with them. All the offices are bad. They deceive you and then they do not want to respond for the damages they cause.

        Went into this location to upgrade my phone to the new Galaxy S24+ I was told they did not have one that it would have to be ordered and they would text me when it came in And they did And I received a text that the phone was in and was asked when can Come in to pick it up I believe it was Friday and I said I would come in Sunday and I came in Sunday waited about 30 minutes to be helped and then was told that the phone came in and it was sold to somebody else Waste of my time I will never do that again ordered my new phone to t mobile customer service no problems And I didn't have to order additional install items which I was told was part of the price deal
