        Spotlight catered my daughters doctoral celebration which was a two part event. Even with all the craziness this year and a change in staffing, things went off perfectly. From the beginning they understood the concept and my needs. I will definitely use them again.

        Bones in pulled pork n cold due them putting food on table 3 hours before football game was over. Was on time yes took on big job yes. Could have been handled differently. Especially better bbq
