I'd been looking for a new detailer since January after a major mishap with a different shop with one of my Tesla's. In late January, I stopped in and met Billy and Derek in order to check out their facility and inquire on PPF, Tint, and Ceramic Coating for my newly ordered Model X. From the beginning, Derek was extremely personable and helpful in helping me decide on what I did and didn't need for my new X. After taking delivery from Tesla FL. Ave. last Thursday, I dropped it off immediately and they got to work. I picked up my new X this afternoon and I was utterly astounded at the quality of work done by the whole team. The PPF and window tint is aligned with millimeter-perfect levels of precision, and there's no dust nibs or visible edges anywhere. I couldn't tell the whole car was covered in PPF, and I have a very close eye for detail. I'm seriously impressed with the quality of work, cleanliness of the shop, friendliness of all the staff I talked to, and overall communication from initial contact in January to pickup this afternoon. I had been researching ceramic coating since August of last year when I bought my car. It's a daily driver and I live in Florida, so you can imagine how much wear and tear my car will endure throughout its life. I wanted to ensure that my paint would maintain its glossy appearance for as long as I typically own my vehicles; 10 years. During my research, I found that not all ceramic coating are made equal. I came across Gtechniq. After determining this was the coating of choice for me, I located a locate shop. Presidential Automotive Detailing has by far exceeded my expectations. From the consultation to the finished product I am completely flabbergasted. Not only did they provide great customer service, they provided quality work! Lets face it! Those who are true car enthusiasts want to feel "good" driving their vehicle. There is a bit of ego there. I don't just feel "good" driving my car. I feel "phenomenal ". Yeah, I realize that may sound a bit too much. But for what it's worth, Presidential Automotive is the place to go if you want to preserve your vehicles appearance.
