Obnoxious staff. No attention to details or the customer. On the phone texting not paying attention. Screaming at each other . Not wearing their hats or hair nets behind the food assembly line. Disrespectful. The place is a mess no ones cleaning. Have no idea what orders are coming in and out. Messing everyones food and order up. If I can give this Panera bread zero stars I would. Disappointed. !

It was just okay. They didn't have a system to know when your food was ready. I had to wait for the iced coffee, they ran out of soup, no lemon for my iced tea. It was not what I had expected. The place was not as clean. They need to clean things up. Literally the worst experience Ive ever had at a Panera. The food was okay, we customized food slightly (extra steak on a sandwich) and that wasnt there, but the food wasnt the problem. Every employee is screaming across the kitchen having personal conversations. You cant hear any of the customers, only their cackling laugh and yelling. Ive heard oh my god Sarah 15 times in the last 30 mins. The girls behind the counter were so rude to every customer that questioned their orders (there were several). Its 4:30pm on a Sunday. Its not super busy. If there is so much time to hang around and talk then why are the tables all dirty, the tea and lemonade are empty.. Guys with long hair working in the kitchen without hairnets. I would rather drive 30mins to go to another location

The managing is horrible(everyone moves really slowly, you wait in lines forever, workers constantly make mistakes putting together your order, more than once we were overcharged and had to come back, plus what's with the terrible points system? Spend 70 $ and get a FREAKING 2$ bagel? Seriously? "TOTALLY worth having a reward card. This is just a joke. You know nothing about attracting and keeping your customers. CHANGE THE MANAGEMENT. . THE PASTRIES GONE WRONGFirst of all, if you sell out an item by 12 pm, maybe BAKE MORE PASTRIES? DUHHH. . SECOND- WHO'S BAKING YOUR PASTRIES?? They have gone so bad! cookies are dry and crunchy, instead of being soft as usual DANISH RING DECREASED 3 TIMES IN SIZE, instead of a ring with 12 pieces of puffy pastries, you get dried up tiny half-cookie bites, which have 70% less dough and are gone after 2 bites! . THIS IS RIDICULOUS . . CHANGE THE BAKERS AFTER THE MANAGEMENT . UNLESS this changes- we are stopping going there and promoting everyone to do the same (we have a business, where we contact with a lot of people in the area, so trust me, you don't want your customer line shorten so bad). . DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. HORRIBLE.
