When it comes to professionalism and customer service Margarita doesnt show either trait. She constantly gives attitude instead of taking action . If you misstick fix it . Jeremy , Teresa , & Cody did a great job trying to assist after margaritas mis stick Jeremy came in like a superhero ready to help in any way possible. Ive been donor for 2years and I must be honest phlebotomist like him are hard to come by ! Please thank him for his work and as far as the other work with them to improve their skills because force sticking and being rude is the easiest way for customers to not want to come here !

Please be advised each donor has different veins . All phlebotomists Except MARGARITA understands this . Force sticking isnt ok in any way possible . Youre checking the vein there is absolutely no reason you should be forced . & for her to be manager is a reflection that you should continue training her I beeped for 30 minutes straight she just turned the speed down not once did she try to rearrange the needle after I told her several times she stuck me wrong
