Went there 3 days ago to return one of a developers that I bought and was accused of using more than a half of the product and being refused to get a refund. When I was trying to explain that I only used a 2 oz and the bottle was never full, Aleesha accused me in front of other people in the store that I used more than allowed and said that her manager also would not give me my money back. Granted, the bottle fell in my car on its side, and had a bit if the developer by its cap which I did not noticed initially because I was rushing back home. Normally I would never return a product without being 100 % as I bought, but this was an honest mistake because I was in a rush. After I grabbed other bottles of the same product to see how much product was in each (only 3/4 0f the bottle was filled in with the developer) , she still refused to return my product. I felt so ashamed and embarrassed after being treated like that, so I called their corporate office. While I was standing outside to speak to their corp office, the other employee (young girl with dark hair) who was in the store and later sitting outside in her car, was taking pictures of me. Both employees were unprofessional and rude. I will never go back to that store, and I am also reaching to BBB to file a complaint. This store used to have nicest employees working there. Right now it feels as neither one of the employees wants to be there. As for the Redken product I bought, please be aware. Im not sure if the bottles are not filled all the way to the top by the manufacture or something else is going on.

I went into this location unsure of what I needed. The associate did not greet us or ask if we needed any help. When we get to the register we had a hard time narrowing down a few of our items, the associate and the woman that was behind us thought it was okay to ask if she could her make her purchase so she didnt have to wait. That didnt seem like an issue when we needed assistance and had to wait on line while the cashier answered questions. Shame on her and the woman that was in such a rush that she needed us to move to the side!! I will NOT be back to this location again and I will be writing corporate about her behavior. As a company that is open on Sunday, the day that most beauty professionals are off, maybe Salon Centric should have two staff members working so that this doesnt happen to anyone else
