We hired Premiere for a residential renovation project with significant concrete, roof, plumbing, electrical, and finish work. Their communication was excellent throughout the project. Any sizeable project always has some issues, all were handled professionally and fixed well. All employees were professional & courteous.

We were very happy with the work and professionalism of Michael from Premiere Builders. Our project was to convert a large room into a master bedroom. Work include wall removal, wall construction, plumbing, electrical, flooring, cabinetry and redesigning & installation of a window. Work was completed on time and the area was cleaned up and secured daily with minimum impact on the rest of the house. I would with out any hesitation recommend Premiere Builders!

Yohan (Yaron) and his team were awesome. They help us remodel our kitchen and bathroom, and did a great job. We met with several companies before starting our project, but decided to go with Premiere Builders & Remodeling because of the great communication and clear cost structure. Yohan really went above and beyond for us! I would highly recommend A++

We hired Premier Builders to gut and renovate all three of our bathrooms and laundry room and replace the carpet and ceramic tile floors in our very dated 37 year old house. Jordan, who was our project manager and designer, was wonderful to work with. He was very responsive and kept us informed throughout the entire process. His design ideas exceeded our imagination. Even though we did not add sq footage, by removing drop down ceilings and non-load bearing walls, each bath now appears larger and brighter. Two of the main changes we wanted in our primary bath were to enlarge our shower and make it more handicap accessible. By removing an exceptionally large and outdated tub, raising the old shower floor and incorporating a window into the design he accomplished both. Jordans construction crew did a fantastic job. They showed up daily, worked diligently and even came in on a few Saturdays to ensure the job was on time. The finished project is beautiful and exceeds our expectations. Additionally the project came in on time and under budget. We highly recommend Jordan and Premier Builders.

We recently did an entire house renovation with Premiere Builders; kitchen, living room, bonus room, office, 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and driveway. From start to finish they were professional, reliable and had wonderful communication. The quality of work was outstanding and attention to detail was second to none. We cannot express enough how grateful we are with the quality of work they did! Iyad our GC for the project was amazing!!! He went above and beyond to help our dream and vision become a reality. He was always responsive, usually within an hour and helped guide our project from start to finish! His guidance and hard work made the entire remodel seamless and low stress. We cannot thank Iyad and the Premiere Builders team enough for the way the project turned out! Highly recommend, best building and remodeling team in Tampa!
