        Tried to withdraw $100 in cash, the teller dispensed $80 to me, and I didnt realize until I got home because I was tired that day.

        Terrible experience. I go to branches in Virginia all the time and never had an issue withdrawing money. This location for some reason made an issue with me not having a Florida driver's license even though I live in Virginia. The manager said the teller was doing her "due diligence " but if I didn't make a fuss I never would have gotten my money. Please educate your staff. They need to know that people move, travel for work, and serve in the military. Not everyone has a Florida driver's license and this should not prevent people from withdrawing money.

        people were nice but apparently they stop notarizing any banking documents that's not truist.... sorry not everyone can get approved for every loan though truist...ridiculous
