Pay off your balance and still get charged interest. They make up rules that clearly go against what it says in the statements. Crooks. Wish it didn't hurt credit scores to cancel cards but I'll enjoy knowing I'll never touch that card again.

Try to pay bill with debit card only routing number is allowed. Doesn't allow the debit card number. Very disappointing. May close this out once oaid in full. Very uncomfortable using routing number tobill. Wish I can give 0 rating

Anderson Agent I.D VAA910 was terrible at customer service. All I wanted to do was make a payment on my card, update my bank information, and phone number. By the time i was done with the call, my account was closed and a payment could not be made. I am not sure where the call went south or what happened or why I couldn't make a payment or how my card ended up being closed after 10 years of being a member. This was not successful. It was opposite customer service.
