        I was at hanna oaks I wouldn't place my dog there. It is roach and mice infested. House keeping did all they could. Then they had the nerve to ask for 1800.00 cause we didn't give 30 day notice. Stay away from there its horrible. Who could continue there with that infestation, the food was gross I lost weight glad I'm back home.

        Filthy bed bug ridden rat hole. Staff uncaring and thieves. If you want to cry send your loved ones here. Get them all out of there before they die. So sad.

        Never seen anything like this what a mess !!!. Every staff member blended in with the resident. You wondered why the phone isn't answered and when gets answered everyone is at meeting !.. I pulled my love one out of that mice roach infested place that needs to be condemned and you have the audacity to ask me to give a 30 day notice and pay 1800.00 ! That's the day hell freezes !!!!!!!!
