        The are the local Middleby Marshal Oven certified service reps. I had issues with them on startup in Jan 2022 and now waiting for them to call to service the oven that is down but still under warranty. Middleby said they put the request in and that they would be calling - 3 days now and nothing. They actually asked me to take down my 1-star Yelp review last time the oven was down and it needed to be serviced....I guess this is payback. Hope Middleby gets some other certified partners here in Tampa.
