Legacy Encore

Living here is far from luxury. As others have mentioned - there is no security, the building is dirty, wifi is always out, & management consistently fails to communicate or respond to calls and emails.

I want to start out and say thank you to the staff of Legacy Encore. The manager, Ashley was amazing and also want to make sure that Colbey is also noticed. Thank you ladies for the help. You definitely make an amazing team.

Dont move in here. The only thing good about this place is the location. The management company lacks common sense and dont know how to communicate. They accuse their residents instead of asking questions first. They are rude and accusatory. We have had so many issues! We are always having our internet out and the management wont even refund us for all the days we have lost internet services. We went a whole weekend because the Maintence on duty wouldnt pick up spectrums calls. They charged me 1600$ for a transfer but bribed the same people that moved into my old apartment a free transfer and not to up their rent if she took down a bad review. They bribed a resident to remove a bad review. Sad to say the least. The parking garage has been broken for over a month now. They say they hired security but you never see them. This is an unsafe area to dont have a gate or security Dont move here, you will regret it!
