Constant roaches even though the apartment is CLEAN. Upon moving in, the apartment was dirty and I found prior tenants belongings all over the place. New management took over, I had high hopes at first. Nope, just as unprofessional as the prior owners. They want to charge new people $200 more than what it was last year because theyve been beautifying the property, but it doesnt help the poor plumbing, broken/leaking roof, water seeping through the floor, black gunk coming through the pipes into my toilet/sinks, frozen over air conditioners, unresponsive maintenance, painted over mold, and no communication with tenants when renovations occur. They prided themselves on being more responsive than the old management but at least old management was on the property more frequently, kind, and understanding of tenant issues. Absolutely despicable. Id rather pay DOUBLE the cost of this apartment somewhere else for the same sq footage than ever stay here again.
