The people used to keep up with the place not now. Ive asked for pest control, they send the maintenance guy with a can of raid. Any problems you may have you cant depend on them to help.

I lived there for a year. A couple months into living there they slapped a notice on my door for smoking outside my apartment. I was not and there was absolutely no proof. The building is a smoke free environment however, I would constantly see residence and guest of residence smoking cigarettes at the fire pit which was just outside of my apartment. When I explained this at the time of receiving my notice they advise me I would need to provide photographic evidence of other residents. I find it comical that there was no photographic evidence in my case, however it earned me a notice on the door. I had a feeling that this would be used against me later as I had small talk with other residents who received the same notice with no proof or validation to the smoking accusations who were then later non-renewed. The office is extremely hard to get in touch with. I rarely received a call back and I would have to send continuous emails in order to get a response. When it came time for renewal just as I thought I was nonrenewed with no explanation. Prior to that about a month before moving out I had a massive flood in my apartment that involved two weeks long of in-house repairs while I was working from home. There was no attempt to pull up the vinyl flooring and make sure that there was no mold after massive flooding. Even when it came time to get my deposit back I had to reach out several times. I was not given the full deposit, there was no itemized breakdown as there should be of the deposit deductions. I reached out one last time and to no surprise and never received a reply. Do not to be fooled while the prices may seem fair, the lack of the communication with the office, lengthy maintenance requests, and poor upkeep of the constantly breaking washers and dryers surely do not make it worth it!!

Do no throw your money out the window. ! After having left 2 years ago, I finally remembered I never heard about my deposit. I contacted the manager who asked for details. I haven't been able to reach anyone since. Don't waste your money!!! If I ever get a response I will update this review!

i reviewed this place earlier after living there for a year. I have not received my deposit as i moved out in August.
