Great community with great apartments! Front office staff is always so diligent in responding in a timely manner and always help out to the best of their abilities. Any issues, maintenance goes above and beyond! Really appreciate living somewhere that cares for their residents and always try their best to accommodate. Thank you guys.

My husband and I have been living here for about 3 years now and we love it. The location is perfect for us and the management team is great! If you have any issues they will work with you and are always professional and kind. They work hard to make this a nice community to live in and it shows. We will definitely continue to renew our lease here.

I cant say enough great things about this community. The cost to live here is more than reasonable given the location. Close to everything . The property itself is nicely maintained and I feel safe walking/running day or night. Finding parking is never real an issue. What I find great about this place is the sense of community that the staff and the people that live here provide. Julia is amazing! She is great at what she does but more importantly, she cares. I was in the process of transferring to a 2br when I contracted covid and when I reached out to her with a question, her first response was to ask how I was feeling! That meant a lot to me! Kyligh is also great! Both ladies are always smiling and overall just have really great vibes.. Josh and Alex from maintenance are amazing!! Requests are usually handled within a day and just like the office staff, they both are always smiling and when you see the out and about on the property, they both always greet you with a smile and "how you doing." This week is resident appreciation week and let me tell you, Citrus Village went all out to make us feel special. From tacos to popcorn to ice cream treats, they went all out. Looking forward to the pool party on Saturday!!! Last but not least, the people that live here are friendly. Weekends by the pool are always fun and its because of the people that live here.. Like I said earlier, I really cant say enough great things about Citrus Village and the people that live and work here. I love living here so much I am transferring from a 1br to a 2br but dont just go off my review, come by and see for yourself.
