        Every time I have an issue Viktoria in the leasing office comes to my rescue. She is wonderful! I love the complex at Cambridge Woods. Upkeep is amazing and staff are so friendly. This is the place to rent if you are looking!

        I think this is the worst community I have ever been to . I have raised complaint about water leakage from the roof and now the roof just fell off . I have also given given complaint about AC is not working till now nothing has been addressed . Please dont come to this community

        I love the townhouses! Cambridge woods is comfortable and safe. The staff is helpful. Maintenance is great and always quick service. Scott Bilesimo is a very hard worker, super professional and quick to get the job done! *Daniel and Veronika are great in the office, always professional and helpful if there are any concerns they are always quick to assist. Thank you all!

A concern like this requires the expertise of our certified vendors who were scheduled to address the concern on 3/22/24. Unfortunately, the issue worsened before they were able to assist; however, they did arrive as scheduled and the concern is being addressed. You submitted a request regarding an AC concern on 3/17/24 and our team completed repairs on 3/21/24. If you are still experiencing issues with your A/C unit, please submit another maintenance request so that our team can assist. We apologize for any delays; however, our team has worked diligently to address your maintenance concerns in accordance with the terms of the signed lease agreement.
