Excellent, Knowledgeable and Professional all the way! The issue was examined, a plan fully outlined and explained by technicians and the work was done. He and the crew even found a dead bird which had found its way in from the outside and got trapped in the lint debris and had to be removed. The system is much better now and provides a clean output. Golden Glo Duct Cleaning, Inc. did a great job cleaning the blower wheels on my mini splits. We had a different company doing our annual heat pump maintenance and they said we needed our blower wheels cleaned and gave a quote that I thought seemed really steep. I submitted several requests for proposals and Golden Glo Duct Cleaning, Inc. had the best value, was very quick to respond, and was professional in their work. I'm looking at switching my annual maintenance to them.
