    Horrible business. Nonexistent customer service. I ordered a part from their website. Entered my model information and at their request I also submitted a photo of the model/serial number sticker to ensure the correct part gets sent. Took almost 6 weeks for the part to arrive and they sent the wrong part. I contacted customer service and was told that I ordered the wrong part from the website and Im responsible for the shipping cost to send it back. They wouldnt take responsibility that they knowingly packed and shipped the wrong part. I agreed that I may have selected the wrong part on the website but was told to upload the photo of my model to ensure the correct part is sent. So isnt that an error in the shipping department??!!!! They said a full refund will be given once they receive the part. I paid $12 to ship it back and followed the tracking. It was delivered on Monday 11/14/22 at 2:55 pm and handed directly to an employee. After not seeing a refund in my account I contacted customer service on 11/17/22. I was told that Monday was a holiday and the employees worked a half day so they havent processed the return yet. Well, Monday 11/14/22 wasnt a holiday! However Friday 11/11/22 was Veterans Day and if they did work a half day on Monday, one would think that no one would be there at 2:55pm in the receiving department right? Liars! After I called them out on that bs they did issue a refund that was nearly $20 less than what I paid. Now All communication has stopped on their end. Basically I paid over $30 to have the wrong part sent to me then sent back. Its not a ton of money but its just the point that you dont treat customers that way. Im a small business owner and I would never treat a customer this way especially if there was an error on my end that couldve avoided the entire issue. I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else and hope this review persuades potential buyers to go elsewhere
