        Very speedy response times and also completed the work needed in a day, which was substantial as it was a total duct replacement. Their diagnostics were thorough and I am confident in their recommendations because I had a few companies come out and they all essentially said similar things - combined with some of my own limited understanding of the problem. AC Therapist didnt do hard sells either, everyone I spoke to was matter of fact and obviously just wanted me to have the best info before I made a decision. Never felt rushed or pressed. They were prompt with updates on scheduling and letting me know when techs would arrive. Overall I would highly recommend them for AC work in Tampa.
