I had a gentleman come out to my house who was very nice and helpful.He claimed he was supervisor of the area and he refused to do any work on my a c and try to charge meight around eleven k To fix my air conditioner. When I called over to 2 other companies, they were able to fix it for under 300. When all that was the problem was the capticider. Just a warning to others to please look out to other companies before you go for a complete reinstall period also added bonus. When the man left my house, he did not close the side door properly and I have it on camera of the door opening after he left because he failed to close it properly

Waited all day on a Sunday in Winter Haven for a technician to contact me, they never showed up, no communication whatsoever. Im super disappointed! Be careful with this company.

It's never fun to hear that your AC system needs work, but James with Super Heat and Air made it painless. He took TONS of pictures to show us what specifically needed to be done, and gave several options for the work suggested. Some of the work we had anticipated, but there were a couple of items that we were unaware of. I can tell you that we've had SHA for many years, but have never had a tech so thorough and mindful as James. EVERYONE needs more folks like him, and he's a true asset to the SHA team.
