        Just wanted to share a fantastic experience I had with Del Air HVAC for a recent HVAC service call. My air conditioner needed a check-up and also decided to not cool properly within the last few days. Thankfully, Del Air was incredibly responsive and was able to schedule someone to come out the same morning! The technician, Jean San Clemente, was fantastic. He arrived on time, was very thorough, professional, courteous, and humorous. He took the time to explain the issue with our AC unit clearly and patiently answered all 500 questions I asked him. Jean was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was able to fix it efficiently and even offered some preventative maintenance tips to keep our AC running smoothly in the future. I was most impressed with Jean's honesty and transparency. He didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs and explained all the options clearly. The price for the repair was fair and affordable. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Del Air. They were professional, efficient, and honest. Jean San Clemente is a true asset to their team. I highly recommend Del Air to anyone in need of HVAC services.
