One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating of Tampa

I bought into an entire new system including new ducts, $19K+ total. Sales person was very cordial. "Yes we will do everything you request". Big mistake using Scott's One Hour Air as they did a botched job on the install. The duct design was very bad and the installers were very rude. The equipment faild early on due to the sub-standard install. Less than seven years later I replaced this with a Trane system as Scott's couldn't get replacement parts for the Goodman equipment.Long sad story short I just spent $650 from another company to correct the bad duct design from Scott's One Hour Air. I am finally happy with the cooling.If you do use them get a complete system design by a professional first as they are nothing but professional.Scott V. should be very ashamed of himself for his company's reputation as a "bottom feeder" by every reputable HVAC technician in the Tampa Bay area I have talked with.
