My husband and I were referred to this company by a friend.... I requested a one-on-one meeting with Diana Cantor, who was the representative on my service request. She was rude and unprofessional to my husband and me, and she even kicked us out of the office by replaying she was busy with a lot of clients. I do not recommend this place at all.

Im very surprised to find out a bad review in this company. I know the professionalism of all the staff. It requires a small amount to undertanding of simple math.

I went to this CPA to take care of my 2019 taxes and 2020 taxes of all my 5 entities including personal taxes. From day one the service I received was unprofessional but, I gave them a benefit of the doubt. When I came in I advised them that I was not accustomed to filing extensions, and would rather file on time. 2020 came around and I understood why the accountant would not meet with me. As the result of filing an extension, it costed me to pay a penalty. Now I learned that one of the companies, the taxes were not filed, and the extension was not filed either. . I asked to meet with the Accountant, and was told that he was not going to see me. I asked for a return call from the accountant so he can explain my options, and was told that it was no going to happen. I am very upset and frustrated as the Accountant will not meet with me. I tried to get them to file on time, and they missed one of the entities and did not file an extension which is now going to cost me. more money. I have never been treated so rude and unprofessional in all my life. My. Uso esa is service, If I would treat any of my customers like this, I will not have any customers.

Very unprofessional and rude. The accountant will not meet with you. They file late, cause you to pay penalties, and they dont care. Basically, you have to bend over, take it and love it. I brought 5 entities and my personal taxes in 2019. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because of COVID. But, now that we are all vaccinated, the accountant refuses to meet with you or call you on the phone. They did not file an extension on one of my entities, and now it will cause me to amend and pay penalties. All I asked for was a meet so he can explain my options. But, they tell me to take it, love it and will not happen. Unprofessional!! Im in the service business, If I treat my customers they way I have been treated, I would not have any customers. Would not recommend this CPA.
