        The most unorganized medical facility. My referrals were not submitted for approval, the facility never seem to know whats going on the doctors blaming the assistant the assistant blaming the secretary etc I tried to contact the facility at the email below but a response came back saying: Action failed. Address couldn't be found or unable to receive mail
