I went there in that Dentlife, it's a real Dentilife, the attention was incredible, they have a friendly group of people who work there, it's amazing, I can't stop saying thank you to them, and you have a group of very beautiful and very kind little girls there who are caring there. incredible everyone thank you very much to all of you thank you it is recommended with you that you are going to see this comment

First of all extremely odd to see that many 5 star reviews within the last 2 months. I dont believe theyre genuine. Anyways, I had a cleaning appointment at this place yesterday and had already given them my insurance information a week prior when I called to set up the appointment. After 30 minutes in the waiting room I was called in. The dentist came in and although he was nice, he immediately started telling me all of these procedures I need to get done (Invisalign, lasering off a piece of skin under my lips, etc).The dental assistant then starts reading me crazy costs of all these procedures. I inquired about how much my insurance was covering and he basically said my insurance wasnt covering any costs because its HMO(which it is not). I politely declined all services and told them I would just pay for the consultation. They then take me to the desk area and ask me if I am interested in signing up for any of their financial aid options available (aka CareCredit) to cover the procedures. At this point I pull out my insurance card and let them know I have PPO dental insurance and that it makes no sense why none of the procedures are covered. Finally, the desk lady offers to send me an e-mail with the actual costs of all the procedures with my insurance coverage. This was such an uncomfortable experience, as I feel they were trying to get me to pay out of pocket or sign up for a credit card instead of making sure I take advantage of my insurance benefits.
