A pregnancy specialist who doesnt allow 4 month olds who are breastfeed inside is a disgrace. How are single parents able to attend appointments? Shows they only want business nothing sentimental about anything here.

Nothing negative to say about the staff at all, and very thankful for everyone making my first pregnancy a positive experience in that regard! The office as a whole, however, could work on their appointment timing. My 20-week anatomy scan was scheduled for 1:30 (which I put directly into my calendar while at the front desk and asked for the appointment card as well). At some point, the appointment was changed in the system to be 1:15 and I was never directly notified that the change was made (I would have never scheduled a 1:15 apt as I wouldnt be able to make it in time from work ). I arrived for the appointment at 1:30 and was told I would have to reschedule due to being 15 minutes late (which turned my anatomy scan into a 22-week scan - quite nerve wracking to be asked to wait for that!). Every appointment since then I have made sure to arrive before the scheduled time, and I have sat in the waiting room for over 45 minutes past my appointment time (as I type this at 3:40 in the waiting room, with an appointment that was scheduled for 2:45). The policy that a patient cant be seen if they show up 15 minutes late, but theres no issue making them wait over 45 minutes to be seen when they show up on time, is inconsiderate of working families. I absolutely understand some ultrasounds take longer than planned, and especially if it took Dr. Amanze some time to read the scans and talk with patients, that would make sense to wait a little longer for! But the office could be mindful of that when offering their available times to ensure patients are seen in a timely manner. I would rather less appointment availability but know that at least my ultrasound would start on time.

Wont allow you to bring children or anyone under 18 inside. Gave no advance warning about this policy so my 2 year old and I are stuck in the vehicle rather than enjoying what should be an amazing family expedience. My 1st son was born during the pandemic and there was never any issues like this. Also everyone is wearing mask like they will get covid from going to an ultrasound. These ppl need to get with the times.. or at least let patients know the correct policies before wasting peoples time...10000 % do not recommend this company and would go some where else.

Facility was top notch . Very nice faculty and Dr.Amanze was nice and very professional!
