        Im being wearing Lilly Pulitzer since I remember, and still, but unfortunately this store has the worst customer service Ive ever seen before, thats why I ordered online since I moved to Tallahassee , however, I ordered a top that is too big, I tried to return it or exchange it, and they denied it, So now I have to send my product by mail. So bad Tallahassee. Im guessing they believe only kind of peoplecan wear Lilly, well they are mistaken Everybody can wear Lilly Pulitzer

      Hi Daphne! We are so sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our customer service as that is our top priority as a small business. Unfortunately, the items you brought in were purchased through the Lilly Pulitzer corporate website which is not affiliated with our small business. We were unable to return/exchange the item because we can only accept returns/exchanges for items purchased at one of our Pink Narcissus locations. As a courtesy, we did attempt to contact Lilly Pulitzer via their customer service line on your behalf to ask them if they would accept your return even though it no longer qualified for their return policy due to the fact that the tags were no longer attached to the item. They were unable to answer our call which is unfortunately out of our control.
