Enterprise Car Sales

If I could give more stars here I would without a doubt. I was having the worst day trying to find the right vehicle to purchase and then I got a call from Gary at Enterprise car sales. He was a breath of fresh air after dealing with commission hungry car salesman and test driving cars that I never would have bought. He helped me go through all my options and got me into a car that was way newer than I thought I could have purchased. I got a better rate than any other dealership and wasn't pressured into buying anything. I recommend giving Enterprise car sales a shot when looking for a new ride. It was a pleasant experience all the way around. You're the man, Gary!!

Sold my elderly mother a car with almost 66,000 miles for 20k. My mom could have gotten a new car for that price. Sales person took advantage, wouldnt let her use her own financing. Spoke with management, rude as hell and refused to do the right thing. Never buy from them again.

I bought a car from enterprise car sales in Pensacola and Gary was a great help. He was very customer oriented . I was pressed for time and he made it quick and easy for me and I really appreciated it. If u buy a car from Enterprise go see Sales Agent Gary Lynn.

The entire process of buying through Enterprise was seamless. Everything was done online or via phone until I could physically drive to the location. (They do offer delivery, provided it is in a certain amount of miles and they have available staff.) My vehicle was only ever a rental, so I didn't need a test drive, despite being offered one several times. Signing the papers took less than 20 minutes from start to finish. They even exchanged their old tag with mine after it was registered. Follow up after purchase was also fantastic. It was really great to see a dedicated company care about their clients. Will never ship another used vehicle dealer again!

DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!! Jarrod Young sales was great this review does not reflect his performance. The experience reflect management and how they handled their customer which was Bad customer service and they do not keep their word they lie to the consumer just to complete the process and take their money. Then when a issue needs to be address they put it back on the paperwork instead of honoring their word that they gave to the valued customer, Enterprise Car Sales in Pensacola, FL can not be trusted for their word it means nothing. My advice to any consumer is to make sure your paperwork is correct and never trust one word they are telling you, because at the end of the day you the consumer are only a business transaction to this enterprise car sales. THEY DO NOT value their customers like they say they do; its all about the money not the customer. DO NOT TRUST THEM THEY LIE!!! DO NOT ACCEPT ANY VERBAL PROMISES FROM ENTERPRISE CAR SALE IN PENSACOLA FL THEY DO NOT HONOR IT GET IT IN WRITING!!!
