        I was pleasantly greeted by Ayisha. I was triaged by Kaleb and seen by Dr. Frieda. Everyone was pleasnat and I felt I received quality care and was not rushed during the visit. Charmaine was also very nice and assisted me as I was leaving. Just want you all to know I am appreciative of the care provided. I didn't feel the best but you have me on my way to feeling better.

        I visited this facility on 7/14/2022 due to my grandson having severe ear pain. The service he/we received is EXCELLENT, (front desk personnel, nurse and the Dr were AMAZING . I recommend TMH Urgent Care , Southwood (3900 Esplanade Way) to anyone that needs an Urgent Care facility. THEY ARE TOP NOTCH This was my/our very first visit ever to this facility.
