WORST EXPERIENCE - STAY AWAY!!! Heather is disgustingly rude and they will lose or damage your freight.

They do not answer the phone, and do not return phone calls, I have called 4 times over the last two days, and gotten no response. I am trying to schedule a delivery, but can't get through to anyone.

The fact this company is still in operation is mind blowing. The woman who answers the phone is rude, aggressive, and combative for no reason, right out of the gate. Trying to communicate and solve a problem with her is pointless, dont waste your time trying.
They dont show up when theyre scheduled and confirmed, and they dont follow through with instructions as far as waiving signatures when the company theyre contracted through tells them to.
The only positive I can say is the delivery drivers themselves were very nice. Do yourself a favor and check with whoever youre purchasing from to ensure they DO NOT use this company for shipping, otherwise youre going to waste a lot of time and be treated horribly.
