I called Abbott Tree Removal about cutting down a couple of trees we had. Bobby came out very promptly and looked at our problem trees,told us what he would do and what he would charge. He came back a couple days later, actually a day earlier than what he told us. The things I appreciated in him was 1. He called me back. 2. He came out and looked at the job. 3. He kept the price exactly what he had quoted us. 4. He even text me and said he was on his way. 5. He did a great job. We will definitely use his service again . Very awesome job. This company came out when no other company in Tallahassee would after 9PM on a Tuesday. Robbie came and saved our cat from a tree. He was grateful, thoughtful and a gentleman the entire time. There will be no other tree removal, or cat removal service we will call again. Robbie is our guy, even when the fire department wouldn't help us!
