They came to my property and did exactly what was agreed upon. The crew was very professional and worked well together. They didn't get in a hurry and leave the job half done. They cleaned everything up and didn't leave me to take care of what they missed. They really surpassed my expectations and I felt that I got a good value for my money. I would highly recommend them to anyone else.

Pretty frustrated that a miscommunication on their side forced us to cancel, and therefore delay, a pretty big job. When they came to give us a quote, we talked about one particular tree and I showed very clearly where I want it to be pruned. They were ok with that and gave a quote. Again, they agreed to remove one of the trunks exactly at the place I've shown. Today, when they came to do the actual job, they said that they won't make the cut because it will kill the rest of the tree. I don't question (although very much doubt) it, but they should've refused to do it the day they came for the quote. The guy who refused to prune was here for the quote, so he should have known what we want to do. I do not know how good they are at actually pruning/removing trees, but the customer service and communication is definitely off.

Everything proposed by Scott was exactly completed in the utmost professional fashion. From the trimming, to the cutting down of trees, to the grinding of stumps and removing all debris. My yard was left in a pristine manner and all my personal possessions were left untouched and unbroken. They were like surgeons on a surgery table. They let me observe all the work they were doing without telling me to get inside my house or leave the area. They worked transparently, professionally and rather quickly! I was very impressed, and I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. I would ask them to come back for further service if needed. Thank you all!

Big Bend Tree Service work was beyond my expectations and the best tree service I have had and best price. Kenny and his crew worked fast, thoroughly and safely, even raked up small debris. They cut down carefully an over 150 feet tall sweet gum tree that was rotted internally from the top down into the root system with a crane, cables and chainsaws. Days earlier Kenny, while assessing the work I needed done, noticed that an oak tree, growing in a bank near my home, had a limb larger than the trunk leaning toward my home and it had exposed roots in front of the bank. This oak was in line with all the major appliances in my home. Kenny's observance of a potential danger made me feel safe. Even though this large limb grew upward about 100 feet, the fee to have it removed was small. They also removed mimosa trees, and magnolia saplings and trimmed a fig tree as a bonus. Nicole in the office was helpful with answers to my questions and relayed messages to Kenny. The whole crew was very professional and they have great attitudes.
