AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care

Took my car for a diagnostic service on transmission. There was a report created stating I had all these trouble codes and the check engine light was on. Do not. I repeat do not take your car here for transmission service. I had another shop do diagnostic and zero codes were found. I myself read the good reviews and decided to go with them. Quoted me 10k to replace a transmission with a remanufactured one, that didnt have an issue. Trust me. Dont take your car there.

I brought my son's car to get fixed here and they had it done in no time. Very fast service. The two men running the front office were very personable and friendly Wiil be back if i need to. *Update - a month later and his car is still running great

They do an overall evaluation of vehicle to determine if problem may be unrelated to transmission. They found my transmission was fine but found another issue that should be fixed at some point. Pleasant and efficient. Very pleased with service we received.

Very professional and kind people here! Came here for an AC fix and although it was expensive, I believe they did not cheat me because their quoted price matched the average price of the repair that I saw when doing research. They finished the repair in a timely manner too. Will come here again, thanks! 1/2/24: I returned to AAMCO in December of 2024 after being brushed off by my dealership regarding concerns with how my car was running. AAMCO identified the issue and replaced my spark plugs and motor mount for a fair price. I came back a week later because I noticed some weird sounds and they identified the issue and fixed it free of charge. I will no longer bring my car anywhere else but here.
