I consider myself to be an excellent judge of character when it comes to hibachi and fried sushi rolls. I am so excited to say that Rock n Roll is my go-to from this point on in my life. I have tried every other place in town. Twice I have done UE delivery from Rock N Roll and can say with true happiness that this is the best. My brain was almost tingling as I ate my dinner last night. The steak was tender and cooked perfectly. The portion was more than ample. I will never order from anyone else local. Each time that I have ordered, I got the exact same experience. It was just perfect. The order came with miso soup or salad, so I selected the salad. It was simply lettuce with a ginger herb dressing. That is not a salad, but I did not order my food in hopes of a dream salad. I will not drop my rating because of a lettuce salad. Everything else was so perfect. Now let's talk salad dressing. I dislike ginger and was happy they kept the dressing to the side. However, I did taste the dressing because it looked delicious. I just had to. It blew my mind because I can not stand ginger....I have to say that whatever RnR is doing, they need to keep it up. I picked their ginger herb dressing over my HV Ranch. I had to taste it because my eyes convinced and over-threw my brain that knew ginger was a no-go. The vegetables were perfect. I was reminded of how perfect pasta is perfect with that tiny little snap you get on a perfect noodle. The veggies reminded me of that. Often, you find the carrot undercooked and zuchini overcooked. Not this restaurant. They apparently precook the carrot so that when they throw the zuchini in the mix, they are not messing them up to try to achieve tenderness. It's just a perfect meal. Rock N Roll, you have earned yourself a forever customer. Top that off with Uber Eats delivering it with excellence, and it was the perfect meal.
