        My experience at Legacy was great. The one bedroom was super comfortable and spacious. The leasing agents were also really helpful as well.

        In my time in Tallahassee, very few apartment complexes have been as comforting and caring as Legacy Student Living. I genuinely believe that this place is a hidden gem of Tallahassee, fitting a great compromise between its two neighboring complexes Quantum and The Osceola. The pricing can be high, but I've noticed that nearby places in Tallahassee are much more expensive (or much less comfortable). The staff has always been a pleasure to work with if issues arrive, and Maintenance does always get the job done even if it means ordering new equipment for your unit. I have lived here for two years so far, and after touring almost every complex in the area, I am so happy that I have renewed my lease for a third year. There are some stricter rules in the lease agreement (mostly regarding guest parking), but I understand why they exist, and I have never had an issue parking my car because of it. If you are an FSU or TCC student, this is the place you want to live assuming you have the budget and are willing to be on top of reading and understanding your paperwork.

      Thank you for your review, Hayden. Our complex is a great spot for those who are looking for a great location and amazing rates. Legacy's parking rules and regulations help keep our residents and our parking garage's safety ensured. We do provide as much information as possible regarding our parking rules, in order to give residents clear guidelines on the garage expectations. We are happy to hear you don't have any issues with parking.
