My uncle and I went before Judge Aiken's yesterday 7/25/2019. As landlords trying to evict a BIG Time Meth user. Which her lease went out on June 1st of this year. I placed my name on the eviction but my uncle was on the lease for my grandmother which passed. It's a very confusing situation. My uncle which doesn't know how to read or write except for the Bible he knows alot of verses by heart. This meth user has traffic in and out all times of the day and night and we believe she's cooking it in our rental. But because she had a lawyer and I put my name on the eviction even though I have power of attorney over my uncle he dismissed the case making us pay another $243.00 to have her evicted but with his name on the eviction. I was extremely upset. Not to mention the meth user ( tenant ) is a graphic artist by trade which she doesn't work and lost her children because of this drug. She forged a lease to go until June 2020. He would not address that issue. My uncle is a well known Christian man and does not lie and anyone will tell you this. He did not care - Judge Aikens. We both are surprised and very unhappy with his decision.

He is very unfair to Pro Se parties in open court. He is pro state and does not respect the US Constitution in my opinion. God Bless
