Finish Line

I came to purchase a pair of shoes from the store today, once I stated what I wanted he told someone to get it from one stash not another. I inquired about whats the difference in the stash on the left and right he refused to tell me. The manager stated that I shouldnt be asking questions just pay for my shoes and leave in a very arrogant rude manner. I told him to ring me up then Ill leave and he refused to sell me the shoes. He told me that he isnt selling me anything and to get out. He refused to let anyone else sell me a shoe out of the store as well. He stated this is his store and he can sell to whoever he chooses to and I cant get anything because I questioned him.

Nice clean store. Customer service was a little slow to recognize the customer, but they were very helpful.

I called Finishline at Gov. Square Mall and spoke with Bobby about a pair of shoes. He told me, "if you get here by 7:45, I'll hold them for you. " I drove there to get the shoes, and this guy tells me, "I sold them. " If he knew he wasn't going to hold them or keep his word, he should've told me he wouldn't hold them. I drove 20 minutes, wasting gas, for nothing!
