Vans

Cool store but got embarrassed by the staff. Walked in with my mom wearing a Vans bag I got about a month ago in Jacksonville. Employees were watching us from the second we walked in, my bag clearly visible to several employees. I go to leave after a few minutes and get chased down almost out the store by two employees claiming I didnt pay for it. My mom tells them Ive had this bag and walked in wearing it, but they clearly dont believe us and start talking about how the bag is new (?). Other customers in the store were staring, it was humiliating. At least theyre doing their job but come on man :( it was so humiliating. I didnt even see that bag anywhere in the store.

I came in looking for a pair of white, low cut sneakers. The employee Lily helped me out. She was extremely helpful and professional and assisted me in picking the right shoe color and size.

An incredible atmosphere and staff. I came in to grab a skateboard and some shoes for my son for his upcoming birthday and was helped by a gentleman by the name of Matt. He was extremely knowledgeable about what kind of board I should get my son as well as the perfect pair to take the rough and tough abuse of the griptape. Ended up kind of liking the shoes and got a pair for myself as well. Couldn't recommend them enough.
